are happier about the job market than before. About
23% revealed less anxiety about becoming unemployed, which
is down from 26% in July. Major job cuts and

crime sweep arrests over 100
After a
three-month investigation, over 100 people have been
arrested for identity theft, hacking and other Internet
crimes. Reselling co-workers' Social Security
numbers to disabling Web sites were some of the charges
made. US Attorney General John Ashcroft said that
the crackdown, dubbed "Operation Web Snare," has already
convicted 53 people who were involved in the loss of more
