The purpose of this hands-on course is to help students address the implementation and desktop support needs needed to deploy and support Microsoft Windows XP Professional.  It helps Information Technology (IT) professionals responsible for the planning, implementation, management and support of Windows XP Professional.

Prerequisites:

  • Before attending this course, students must have an A+ certification and a Network+ certification or equivalent knowledge.
