Course Overview:
This course is intended for students with a strong Solaris 10 background. It will demonstrate the enhancements to zones and ZFS as well as the new features. During the course, students will examine the Automated Installer (AI), Image Packaging System (IPS) and network virtualization through lecture and extensive hands-on labs. This course is intended for system administrators and IT architects who are responsible for planning and performing transitioning tasks.
Attendees to S-493: New Features of Solaris 11 will receive TechNow approved course materials and expert instruction.
