Support Essentials for Mac OS X 10.6 is a three-day, hands-on course that provides an in-depth look at installation, system startup, along with troubleshooting on Mac OS X. The primary goal of the course is to prepare entry level system administrators and technical coordinators for the tasks demanded of them by Apple’s Mac OS X.
