Instructor comments: Very knowlegdeable. Tailored class to student's experience and work situation. On a few occasions lost focus on concept being taught but always came back to focus. Provided some useful tips.

Instructor comments: You can do, but can you teach. Getting both is rare. He knew his stuff and taught it very well. The instructor also was extremely helpful in adjusting topics to meet our specific needs.

Facilities comments: The absolute best. The Hilton was superb. I took the class there and stayed there too. I would highly recommend both. The class room was a perfect size, had it's own bathroom, small fridge and you could adjust the temperature; great working area, comfortable chairs and the instructor hooked up his computer to a large , perhaps 42", screen and it was great to see exactly what he wanted.
